Recommended Spare Parts to Keep on Hand

To reduce downtime during maintenance, we recommend keeping key spare parts on hand, especially nozzle-related parts and packings that may need replacement after long-term use.

  • Not Sure Which Model You Have?

  • Check the nozzle marking to identify your AKIMist "E" model.

  •
  • How to Identify Your Model by Nozzle Marking

  • Please check the nozzle marking shown below when requesting spare parts or maintenance support.

Nozzle-related Spare Parts

Typical spare parts include nozzle tip sets, nozzle tips with hand-screw plugs, and packings for the humidifier body.

The images and exploded view below show the standard 03C model as an example. Actual parts may differ depending on your model.

Note:
● Service life varies depending on operational conditions.
● It is recommended to replace parts ahead of the end of service life.

Possible Cause of Water Leakage

If water leaks during spray stoppage, foreign particles may be trapped in the water inlet section of the humidifier, such as around the strainer screen, liquid nipple, or needle valve.

Check and clean the liquid nipple and valve assembly as shown in the  video.
