Fine, uniform atomization<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0.5rem auto 1.5rem;font-size: 1.125rem;line-height:1.6\">\nIf the spray droplets are too coarse, moisture can become concentrated in certain areas, causing the starch to form lumps. This can lead to inconsistent product quality and conveying problems in the next process.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 2rem auto 0.5rem;font-size: 1.125rem;line-height:1.6;font-weight:bold\">2. Clogging prevention under dusty conditions<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0.5rem auto 1.5rem;font-size: 1.125rem;line-height:1.6\">\nAfter drying, the powdered starch, still warm from the drying process, is pneumatically conveyed into the silo, where it disperses and remains suspended in the air. When starch dust builds up on the nozzle tip, it can clog the nozzle, destabilize the spray, and make it difficult to control the starch&#8217;s moisture content consistently.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 2rem auto 1.5rem;font-size: 1.125rem;line-height:1.6\">As a result, humidity inside the silo can fall, increasing the likelihood of static charge buildup. A discharge spark could then ignite suspended starch dust, creating a risk of a dust explosion.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<div style=\"margin-top:5rem;margin-bottom:3rem;width:100%;border-bottom:1px solid #E9E9E9\"><\/div>\n<section>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: clamp(20px, 2vw, 30px);padding-left: 14px;margin: 0 auto 2rem;border-left: 5px solid #0c9b6f\">Solutions Proposed by IKEUCHI<\/h3>\n<p style=\"margin: 2rem auto 1.5rem;font-size: 1.125rem;line-height:1.6\">To meet these requirements, IKEUCHI proposed the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dry-fog.com\/en\/products\/noz-pne-bimj\/\" style=\"color: #00a273\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BIMJ<\/a> Series of pneumatic spray nozzles, which atomize water with compressed air to produce a fine, uniform spray.
