supporting its customer in upgrading <span style=\"font-weight:bold;font-size: 1rem\">the cooling process that follows the coating of vehicle parts<\/span>.<br \/>\nThis process involves curing the products in a drying oven, taking them out, and then cooling them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:1.2rem;font-size: 1rem;line-height:1.6rem\">To safely handle the products by hand during the subsequent packing and shipping processes, they needed to be <span style=\"font-weight:bold;font-size: 1rem\">cooled down to around 60\u00b0C<\/span> from approximately 190\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:1.2rem;font-size: 1rem;line-height:1.6rem\">This customer previously relied on natural cooling for 11 hours before performing packing operations in the morning of the following day.<br \/>\nHowever, with increasing demand for their products, they faced the need to boost shipment volumes, but their current method could no longer keep up. Temperatures were recorded at six different points on the products, and the resulting temperature change curves are plotted in the graph below.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dry-fog.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/01\/EN_img02-noz-bimv-cooling.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"820\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6304\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:1.2rem;font-size: 1rem;line-height:0.5rem\">The findings are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:2.8rem;font-size: 1rem;line-height:1.6rem\">\n<div style=\"margin-bottom:0.8rem\">\n<li>The product temperature immediately after exiting the drying oven was approximately 190\u00b0C and it <span style=\"font-weight:bold;font-size: 1rem\">dropped to around 65\u00b0C within 5 minutes<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom:0.8rem\">\n<li>A brief rise in temperature, known as recalescence, was observed at some measurement points, but the temperature decreased to 60\u00b0C within an additional 2 minutes, posing no issues.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:1.2rem;font-size: 1rem;line-height:1.6rem\">The test was successful, and the system installation is now underway.
