chemical processing plants contacted IKEUCHI, inquiring about the design and production of a 3D rotating nozzle for <span style=\"font-weight:bold;font-size: 1rem\">Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems<\/span>, tailored for integration with their tanks.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dry-fog.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/03\/noz-esv-ptfe-texts_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"820\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6304\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:1.2rem;font-size: 1rem;line-height:1.6rem\">\nThis tank is used in chemical processing and requires nozzles made of chemical-resistant Teflon.<\/p>\n<p style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:1.2rem;font-size: 1rem;line-height:1.6rem\">\nThe CIP cleaning process for this tank is as follows: first, the interior is rinsed with ultrapure water after chemical processing, followed by drying with steam and hot air.
