sanitizer before entering the steamer.<br \/>\n*Surimi: a versatile fish paste crafted from finely ground white fish, celebrated for its smooth texture and its ability to replicate the taste of premium seafood in a variety of flavorful dishes.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:1.2rem;font-size: 1rem;line-height:1.6rem\">\nThe current method relied on a simple flow-through system using single pipes, resulting in <span style=\"font-weight:bold;font-size: 1rem\">high sanitizer consumption<\/span> and significant cost burdens.<br \/>\nTo address this issue, the plant 1rem;line-height:1.6rem\">\nWe proposed the use of a pneumatic flat spray nozzle for sanitizer application. This compact <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dry-fog.com\/en\/products\/noz-pne-cbimv\/\" style=\"color: #00a273\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CBIM Series nozzle<\/a> features a very low flow rate but enables sanitizer to be applied across the entire product with a fan-shaped spray pattern. As a result, it significantly reduces sanitizer waste compared to the conventional flow-through method.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dry-fog.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/03\/noz-cbimv-food-texts_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"820\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6304\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:1.2rem;font-size: 1rem;line-height:1.6rem\">\nAdditionally, the nozzle is designed to softly spray a fine fog, minimizing dispersion while accurately applying only the required amount to the product. After introducing the new system, consumption was reduced to just 1.5 tons\u2014a remarkable <span style=\"font-weight:bold;font-size: 1rem\">70% reduction<\/span>. As a result, <span style=\"font-weight:bold;font-size: 1rem\">costs were cut by approximately US$5,500 per month<\/span> (at the time of implementation), achieving significant savings.<\/p>\n<p style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:1.2rem;font-size: 1rem;line-height:1.6rem\">\nFurthermore, plans are underway to mount this pneumatic nozzle on a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dry-fog.com\/en\/products\/uni-con-funmusya\/\" style=\"color: #00a273\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">portable unit<\/a>, enabling its use as an automated spray system that can be easily positioned next to any production line.
