This nozzle enables ideal droplet formation that <span style=\"font-weight:bold;font-size: 1rem\">lightly moistens the surface without over-wetting<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:1.2rem;font-size: 1rem;line-height:1.6rem\">\nWe created a spray unit that can uniformly cover the entire width of the conveyor by installing multiple BIMJ nozzles onto a Food Sanitation Act-compliant nozzle header prepared by the customer.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:1.2rem;font-size: 0.9rem;line-height:1.6rem\">\nNote: The nozzle parts used complies with the Food Sanitation Act in Japan. The unit will combine a nozzle header with a cart-mounted spray control panel and pressurized tank for flexible deployment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:1.2rem;font-size: 1rem;line-height:1.6rem\">\nBy simply supplying power and compressed air, the unit can be positioned alongside existing production lines to enable flexible spray operation.
