1rem;line-height:1.6rem\">The factory has 40 tanks, each of which needed to be cleaned once every three days.<br \/>\nManual cleaning took about 10 minutes per tank, resulting in <span 1rem;line-height:1.6rem\">Upon hearing from the customer, we identified the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dry-fog.com\/en\/products\/noz-tan-es\/\" style=\"color: #00a273\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201cES\u201d series<\/a> as the most suitable solution to address the challenge. These nozzles deliver a flat-fan spray while rotating horizontally, enabling thorough cleaning of the tank\u2019s interior surfaces.<br \/>\n(The ES series is available in three spray coverage patterns: 360 degrees, upward 180 degrees, and downward 180 degrees.)<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dry-fog.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/06\/nozzle-food-014-image_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"820\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6304\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:1.2rem;font-size: 1rem;line-height:1.6rem\">During the site visit, we inspected both the tank interior and the existing nozzle, discovering that the nozzle had been installed at an improper height.
