The solution employed a slit nozzle\u2014commonly known as an air knife\u2014that <span style=\"font-weight:bold;font-size: 1rem\">provides a uniform sheet of airflow across the entire line width<\/span>. This design enables effective removal of paper dust lodged in the recesses of the roll.<\/p>\n<p style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:1.2rem;font-size: 1rem;line-height:1.6rem\">However, the customer wanted to avoid using compressed air because of the high operating costs of the compressors.<\/p>\n<p style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:1.2rem;font-size: 1rem;line-height:1.6rem\">From its extensive product lineup, IKEUCHI therefore selected the slit nozzle <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dry-fog.com\/en\/products\/noz-hyd-slnb\/\" style=\"color: #00a273\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SLNB<\/a> Series <span style=\"font-weight:bold;font-size: 1rem\">operable with a blower<\/span>, and proposed it together with a Roots blower as the power source.
