However, the chemical frequently clogged the nozzles, disrupting operations. This led the customer to seek clog-resistant nozzles and an effective solution.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dry-fog.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/02\/nozzle-environ-007-image_01.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"820\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6304\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"max-width:824px;margin-left:auto;margin-right:auto\">\n<div style=\"margin-top:5rem;margin-bottom:3rem;width:100%;border-bottom:1px solid #E9E9E9\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"max-width:824px;margin-left:auto;margin-right:auto\">\n<div style=\"margin-bottom:0.8rem;background:url(https:\/\/www.dry-fog.com\/jp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/10\/10px-45px.svg) no-repeat 0 0;background-size:auto 30px;padding-left: 20px\">\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 1.5rem\">Solutions Proposed by IKEUCHI<br \/>\n<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:1.2rem;font-size: 1rem;line-height:1.6rem\">After reviewing the specifications of the existing nozzles supplied by another manufacturer, IKEUCHI found that they were full cone spray nozzles with a 1\/2-inch pipe connection, a spray capacity of 16 L\/min, and a free passage diameter of 3.5 mm.<br \/>\nThe free passage diameter refers to the narrowest part of the liquid flow path inside the nozzle, indicating the maximum size of particles that can pass through without clogging.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:1.2rem;font-size: 1rem;line-height:1.6rem\">IKEUCHI offers the <span style=\"font-weight:bold\">clog-resistant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dry-fog.com\/en\/products\/noz-hyd-ajp-pps\/\" style=\"color: #00a273\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AJP-PPS<\/a> Series<\/span> as part of its standard lineup.<br \/>\nThis nozzle adopts an <span style=\"font-weight:bold\">L-shaped structure<\/span> in which liquid entering from the horizontal direction strikes the inner wall surface and is then sprayed vertically downward.<br \/>\nBecause it contains no internal atomizing components, it <span style=\"font-weight:bold\">secures a large free passage diameter, minimizing the risk of clogging<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dry-fog.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/02\/nozzle-environ-007-image_02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"820\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6304\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:1.2rem;font-size: 1rem;line-height:1.6rem\">Furthermore, the nozzle is made of PPS, a plastic that offers <span style=\"font-weight:bold\">excellent chemical resistance<\/span>, making it well suited to this application.<br \/>\nThe model with the same spray capacity has a free passage diameter of 4.8 mm\u2014wider than that of the existing nozzles\u2014thus offering sufficient performance to <span style=\"font-weight:bold\">prevent clogging<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:1.2rem;font-size: 1rem;line-height:1.6rem\">However, this model has a 3\/8-inch connection, making it incompatible with the previously installed 1\/2-inch nozzles.
