In an emergency shutdown, the heat-recovery cycle stops and the internal temperature rises excessively, so water must be sprayed through the nozzles to cool the dryer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:1.2rem;font-size: 1rem;line-height:1.6rem\">However, the originally installed nozzles <span style=\"font-weight:bold\">caused excessive wetting inside and around the dryer<\/span> during spraying.<\/p>\n<p style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:1.2rem;font-size: 1rem;line-height:1.6rem\">The original nozzle supplier could no longer be identified, making it difficult to order replacements or find a suitable alternative. It features <span style=\"font-weight:bold\">minimal variation in droplet size<\/span> even when the spray rate is increased or decreased. In the standard SPB series, the largest model delivers 30 L\/min at a supply pressure of 0.2 MPa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:1.2rem;font-size: 1rem;line-height:1.6rem\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dry-fog.com\/en\/products\/noz-hyd-spb\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u><span style=\"color:#0c9b6f;font-weight:bold\">Learn more about the SPB Series<\/span><\/u><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:1.2rem;font-size: 1rem;line-height:1.6rem\"><span style=\"vertical-align: super;font-size: 0.75em\">*2<\/span> The <span style=\"font-weight:bold\">GSPB<\/span> Series is a higher-capacity version of the SPB series, with a maximum spray rate of <span style=\"font-weight:bold\">167 L\/min (10 t\/h)<\/span>.
