1rem;line-height:1.6rem\">Immediately after leaving the oven, the wheels were about <span style=\"font-weight:bold\">110\u00b0C<\/span>. Spraying fine fog onto wheels exiting the oven for approximately one minute <span style=\"font-weight:bold\">reduced the surface temperature from 110\u00b0C to 70\u00b0C<\/span>. The test also confirmed that <span style=\"font-weight:bold\">little to no water droplets or accumulation<\/span> remained on the wheels.<\/p>\n<p style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:1.2rem;font-size: 1rem;line-height:1.6rem\">After the demo confirmed the effectiveness of mist cooling, we designed 1.4 m spray headers, each equipped with five BIMV nozzles. By shortening the cooling process cycle time, the line\u2019s <span style=\"font-weight:bold\">takt time (production pitch) improved dramatically<\/span>, increasing throughput.
