However, the droplets were relatively coarse, resulting in <span style=\"font-weight:bold\">rebound and unintended dispersion<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 2rem auto 1.5rem;font-size: 1.125rem;line-height:1.6\">In addition, the wide spray angle caused the sanitizing solution to hit areas outside the keg valve, wetting the surrounding area and even the floor. With a spray angle of approximately 90\u00b0, the spray covered areas outside the keg valve as well. <\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 2rem auto 1.5rem;font-size: 1.125rem;line-height:1.6\">To address these issues, IKEUCHI selected the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dry-fog.com\/en\/products\/noz-pne-bimv\/\" style=\"color: #00a273\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BIMV Series pneumatic fine fog nozzle<\/a>, which atomizes liquid with compressed air. A model was chosen that could produce a soft fog at an <span style=\"font-weight:bold\">extremely low liquid flow rate<\/span> and apply it in a 45\u00b0 flat-fan spray pattern.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 2rem auto 1.5rem;font-size: 1.125rem;line-height:1.6\">The nozzle was paired with a spray ON\/OFF control adaptor.
