IKEUCHI has expanded its product lineup by adding a new model to the Pressure-open Nozzle “RJ2-PON” series, which features a mechanism that protrudes the nozzle tip using liquid pressure.

Features of Pressure-open Nozzle \u201cRJ2-PON\u201d<\/p>\n

<\/strong><\/p>\n

A Pressure Open Nozzle is a spray nozzle designed specifically for cleaning ducts and tanks. As its name suggests, it features a mechanism that allows the nozzle tip to protrude with water pressure for cleaning operation. This mechanism eliminates any protrusions of the nozzle itself when installed on the inner walls of ducts or tanks. Consequently, the nozzle does not need to be removed during equipment operation, allowing it to remain permanently installed on the inner walls of ducts or tanks, thereby contributing to labor savings in cleaning operations.<\/p>\n

Our Pressure Open Nozzle “RJ2-PON” features a nozzle tip with a lower rotation speed during the cleaning process compared to other manufacturers. This lower rotation speed increases the contact amount of the cleaning water per unit of time with the surface being cleaned, allowing relatively higher pressure to be applied across the entire cleaning surface, resulting in more effective cleaning.<\/p>\n

Newly Added Model to the RJ2-PON Series<\/p>\n

<\/strong><\/p>\n

The new model “RJ2-PON30” is approximately 40% lighter than the existing models, reduced from about 1.3kg to 750g. The diameter of the insertion part is about 40% smaller, from 47.5mm to 29.1mm, and the overall length is about 20% shorter, from 197.5 mm to 153 mm. This significant reduction in weight and size allows for installation and use in spaces that were previously restricted due to the weight and size of conventional models.<\/p>\n
