\nA New Solution Born from On-Site Needs\u2014Introducing the RJ3-GEMD<\/span>
\nThe new rotating nozzle RJ3-GEMD was developed following an inquiry from overseas.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/p>\n

\nThe end user, a leading ethanol producer in South Asia, needed a reliable way to clean multiple large tanks (each approximately 20 m in diameter) used in the fermentation step of starch-based bioethanol production.
\nThe other rotary nozzles they had been using often suffered from motor corrosion, impact damage, and component detachment\/failure, making stable operation difficult.<\/td>\n

To address these issues, we developed the RJ3-GEMD<\/a>, a motor-driven, high-flow, highly durable rotating nozzle.
\nIt delivers wide spray coverage (approx. 15\u201330 m in diameter) ideal for large tank cleaning, while offering long-term reliability even under continuous operation. The motor-drive design also provides flexibility in pressure and flow rate settings, allowing optimized cleaning performance for each facility.<\/p>\n

In an ongoing field trial that has run for over a month, the RJ3-GEMD has operated flawlessly in regular cleaning cycles, earning strong praise from the client. <\/p>\n
