An atomizing-air pressure of at least 0.2 MPa is required. This method is suitable when highly precise ON/OFF control is not needed. Slight timing delays between air and liquid may cause coarser droplets when spraying starts or stops.

SPB / USPB – Precise, Responsive Spray ON/OFF Control

A separate pilot-air supply (at least 0.2 MPa) enables more precise and responsive spray ON/OFF control. Atomizing-air pressure can be below 0.2 MPa, allowing softer spraying with less droplet scattering.
