NOZZLE TYPE OVERVIEW
Three families, each
engineered for a purpose.
3D Rotating
360° rotation with strong cleaning power removes hard-to-remove dirt and persistent residues from large tanks.
2D Rotating
Rinsing or quick cleaning of a large area with a simpler rotary drive. An efficient balance of coverage and simplicity.
Fixed
No moving parts that can fail, reducing maintenance-related downtime. Ideal for sanitary and hygienic installations.
SPRAY PATTERN
Solid stream or flat fan spray
matched to the soil.
In general, solid stream sprays are used for cleaning persistent soil, while flat sprays are suitable for light soil cleaning and rinsing.
3D rotating nozzles utilize solid stream sprays for maximum cleaning impact, while 2D rotating nozzles are available with either a solid stream or flat spray pattern, depending on the product series.
Solid Stream Spray
![]() |
Sprays the cleaning liquid in a straight, single stream of high impact. |
| ─ Removing tough, sticky soil ─ Cleaning off hard-to-remove dirt |
Flat Fan Spray
![]() |
Sprays the cleaning liquid in a flat fan-shaped pattern across the tank wall. |
| ─ Washing large surfaces quickly ─ Cleaning off easy-to-remove dirt |

NOZZLE LINEUP
Compare the core series
side by side.
Note: Flow-driven models require no external power.
*1) Surfaces directly above and below the nozzle may not be fully covered, depending on tank geometry and installation conditions.
*2) Approx. corresponding to the target tank diameter; varies by model and operating conditions.

QUICK REFERENCE
Nozzle series
by tank diameter.
This chart shows the recommended tank diameter range for each nozzle series based on effective spray reach.
The spray reach distance is approximately equivalent to the maximum tank diameter, representing the effective cleaning distance from a centrally installed nozzle to the tank wall.
Note: Within each series, the maximum spray reach distance varies by model and operating pressure.
For model-specific spray reach and specifications, please refer to our tank cleaning nozzle catalog or contact us. The above chart is for guidance only.
