หัวฉีดfull coneที่สามารถผลิตละอองเอียดที่มีเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางเฉลี่ยที่ 50 ไมโครเมตรหรือน้อยกว่า หัวฉีดสามารถป้องกันการอุดตันได้เนื่องจากเป็นการฉีดลมและน้ำออกมาผสมกันภายนอก นอกจากนี้หัวฉีดยังมีลูกสูบติดตั้งอยู่ภายในซึ่งควบคุมด้วยลมนำร่อง ซึ่งป้องกันไม่ให้ของเหลวหยดออมา และมีฟังก์ชันเปิด-ปิดการพ่นน้ำได้
