Features of AKIMist® "E" Dry Fog Humidification System
Based on our experience through numerous installations in printing factories all over the world, we design and provide AKIMist® "E" Dry Fog Humidification System that creates an ideal printing environment.
AKIMist® "E" Dry Fog Humidification System prevents printing failures caused by dryness and static electricity, including particle adhesion, feathering, misregistration, web breakage, double sheet feeding, paper jamming, ink striations from doctors/plate cylinders, and sparks.
Why Is Dry Fog Non-Wetting?
Dry Fog that AKIMist® "E" produces is an ultra-fine fog with a mean droplet diameter of 10 μm or less, which doesn't wet the objects it touches.
Small droplets rebound from an object, but large droplets burst and wet the object. Dry Fog droplets are so fine that they do not burst or wet the objects it touches.
