Landscaping Business
The natural mystique of a sea of clouds, artificially reproduced.
Staging with fog and lights brings dream trajectories to everyday situations.
A gentle “”static”” fog wisping in a subtle and profound manner, and a “”dynamic”” fog with an overwhelming approach.
Our fog magic creates a space full of smiles such as a mist screen generated by making full use of atomization technologies.
Bringing the scenery that fog weaves to everyday situations
Takeda Castle in Asago, Hyogo is known as a castle in the sky. It is famous for its beautiful sea of clouds in the early mornings from the end of September through the beginning of April, but there is no guarantee that you can see the clouds.
This is because the sea of clouds is a natural phenomenon that occurs when the moist air is cooled by radiative cooling, and the water vapor in the air generates water particles.
You can often see morning fog in Tamba-Sasayama near our plant. The fog that occurs at the foot of the mountain creates a beautiful and mysterious atmosphere. It would be great if you could also enjoy this soul cleansing scenery in a city.
The purpose of our landscape creation business is to provide occasions where we can enjoy the beautiful scenery that fog creates, such as a sea of clouds or beams of light, among other sights we can rarely see, into our daily life.
If we could use our fog technologies to create unforgettable and wonderful memories…This business started with such a desire in mind.
Achieving the beauty of nature
Fog has a variety of expressions in the natural world. There is a quiet and gentle “static” fog that brings Japan’s untouched scenery to mind. Then there is “dynamic” fog that approaches dynamically in a way that brings thunderheads to mind. In order to reproduce such appeals of a variety of fogs and create stage effects with depth, we precisely control the fineness and density of the water droplets.
In order to create a sea of clouds, water droplets must float in the atmosphere for a long period of time. While water droplets with a size of 15 μm or less float in the air without falling down, they will evaporate if the droplet size is too small. Therefore, micron-level droplet size control is necessary. Accordingly, extremely high precision is required in the manufacturing of the spray nozzles we use to create the sea of clouds.
The density of the fog is affected by the flow rate of the spray. Therefore, it is necessary to use a laser device or other high-tech device to measure the spray and quantify the data. Then, we run a simulation with computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and figure out the spray conditions suitable for reproducing natural phenomena, also by considering the effects of wind, temperature, and humidity.
A single large-capacity spray nozzle will be sufficient for just creating a sea of clouds.
However, in order to pursue the beauty that nature produces and create scenery that can move the hearts of people, we will put our full effort into creating the fog without compromises.
