Gas Cooling and Flue Gas Treatment
Flue gas cooling nozzles designed to prevent dioxin formation in waste incineration facilities. Denitrification nozzles effectively remove NOx from flue gas, while desulfurization nozzles target the removal of SOx.

Denitrification Equipment (NOx removal)
Spraying a urea solution or ammonia solution inside a denitrification equipment renders NOx harmless.
Nozzle characteristics such as flow rate and spray coverage can be optimized for each equipment. -
Desulfurization Plant
Spraying water into atomized fine droplets increases its surface contact area, which efficiently absorbs SOx. It then reacts with calcium to render the SOx harmless.

Dust Suppression & Dust Control
Dust suppression at conveyor hoppers and transfer points is achieved by dust particles adhering to fine fog droplets, which then settle onto the ground. Additionally, the system is capable of spraying deodorant to mitigate foul odors.
