Our systems specialize in cooling refractories without wetting their surfaces, while also offering precise control over the cooling speed to prevent damage from rapid cooling. Rinsing and Pickling Steel Sheets
The BRASHIKan® series, featuring nozzle headers with a cleaning function, automates cleaning of nozzle orifices with built-in brushes, along with the discharge of foreign objects, ensuring a consistent spray distribution.

Surface Treatment, Applying Corrosion Inhibitor, Electrolytic Plating
We provide a diverse lineup of spray nozzles tailored to meet the specific requirements of various applications, including continuous galvanizing lines (CGL) and electrolytic galvanizing lines (EGL), continuous pickling lines (CPL), continuous annealing lines (CAL), and continuous coating lines (CCL).

Dust Suppression and Scale Dispersion Prevention
We provide dust control solutions for conveyor hoppers and transfer points. Dust particles adhere to fine fog droplets, settling onto the ground. Additionally, we prevent dust from arising at exits from rolling mills or at raw material storage yards.
