Flat Spray Nozzles
Pneumatic flat spray nozzles produce a semi-fine fog with a mean droplet diameter of 80 μm or larger. These nozzles feature a large free passage diameter, making them resistant to clogging and suitable for spraying waste liquid and sewage. Their simple structure enables easy maintenance.

1) Measured at compressed air pressure of 0.1–0.4 MPa and liquid pressure of 0.1–0.5 MPa.
Note: Please refer to the catalog for detailed specifications including spray capacity (flow rate), mean droplet diameter, liquid and air inlet sizes.
• Flat spray pneumatic nozzle producing semi-fine atomization with a mean droplet diameter of 80 μm or more (*2).
• Clog-resistant design due to large free passage diameter is suitable for spraying factory effluents and waste water.
• Simple structure, easy maintenance.
*2) Measured by Laser Doppler Method.
