Full Cone Nozzles for Spraying Viscous Liquid
Pneumatic full cone spray nozzles, producing a fine fog with a mean droplet diameter of 50 μm or less. These nozzles are clog-resistant thanks to their external mixing type, which mixes air and liquid outside the nozzle. Additionally, they feature a piston built-in in the nozzle controlled with pilot air, which prevents sprayed liquid from dripping, and enables a responsive spray on-off function.

*1) Measured at compressed air pressure of 0.3 MPa and liquid pressure of 0 MPa (siphon height of 100 mm).
*2) Measured at compressed air pressure of 0.2–0.4 MPa, liquid pressure of 0 MPa (siphon height of 100 mm) and 0.05 MPa.

• Full cone spray pneumatic nozzle producing fine atomization with a mean droplet diameter of 50 μm or less (*3).
• Clog-resistant design. Optimal for spraying viscous liquids.
• No dripping from the nozzles at spray shut off.
• Compact, 46 mm-long design.
• By stopping the compressed air supply, controlled intermittent liquid dripping (pulse spray) is possible.
• Liquid siphon feed type (liquid pressure device is not required). Use with the liquid pressure device is also possible.
*3) Measured by Laser Doppler Method.
