Humidification System for Industrial Use
A high-pressure humidification system (a hydraulic humidification system) for industrial use that sprays Semi-Dry Fog, a fine fog with a mean droplet diameter of 10–30 µm, to elevate the humidity level at the worksite.
Operating with a high-pressure pump for water atomization instead of compressed air, this system significantly reduces running costs by approximately 40% compared to a pneumatic humidification system, and by 80% compared to a steam humidification system.
We design an optimized configuration tailored to each worksite by integrating hydraulic humidifiers (LYOHMer-C, LYOHMer-E, or AU headers) with sensors, control devices, high-pressure pumps, and water purifiers.

Because this fine fog does not include large droplets which can result in wetting, it provides superb performance quality for human users.
