Spray Nozzle Business
We offer more than 50,000 types
of spray nozzles as well as support
for everything from selecting nozzles to solving our customers’ problems.
Overview of the business

We developed the world’s first ceramic spray nozzles in 1961 and are the only company in the industry that provides a “precision guarantee”. The spray nozzle business has been the core of our company since its founding.
Use of spray nozzles improves quality of industrial operations and everyday activities such as cleaning, cooling, humidifying, spraying, coating, drying, etc. and also provides numerous benefits such as energy and water savings, reduction of CO2 emissions, labor savings, and standardization.
Therefore, IKEUCHI offers a truly extensive lineup of spray nozzles, and we select and provide optimized nozzles to fit the required specifications.
What is most important is that we are not just selling spray nozzles, but that solving customers’ problems is our goal. What we provide are not just spray nozzles, but the benefits achieved through the spray. Our proposals include installation layouts and effective ways to use them.
In recent years, we have been focusing on developing specialized spray units for specific production processes in order to handle more advanced requirements.
When it is difficult to provide support with our standard products or existing spray nozzles, we provide tailored products or propose the development of spray units with controllable operations.
If you have problems on your worksite, feel free to contact us.
We promise to give you our full support throughout every step of the process, from spray nozzle selection to solutions to your problems.
Solving customers’ problems is our job

We have over 50,000 types of spray nozzles. These were developed out of the need to support manufacturing around the world, and the number continues to grow.
We place great importance on talking directly with customers who use our spray nozzles. We don’t merely sell spray nozzles; rather, we sell the benefits that come with using them.
As a company, we consider it our job to offer quality and productivity improvements, bring down costs, reduce labor requirements, and resolve any other issue the customer may be facing. If this cannot be achieved, the spray nozzle will not matter, regardless of how high its quality or performance is.
That is why we visit the customer’s worksite and formulate approaches to their problems together. In addition to selecting spray nozzles and proposing layouts and applications, we sometimes offer ideas for entire spray units including automated control mechanisms. We can also develop and provide tailored products meeting customers’ needs instead of offering products with standard specifications.
Although technologies evolve and needs change with the times, our core technologies—the spray nozzles and atomization technologies—have always fulfilled the important role of supporting the foundation of the industries. We will continue to provide optimized solutions to combat social challenges such as population increases, food insufficiencies, depleted water resources, and energy problems, with our approaches using the fog as a unique industrial material.
