Product Overview

The Insert HEADER series is a design-conscious mist cooling solution that delivers both comfort and visual elegance—without disrupting the surrounding space.
Its flush-mounted nozzle design blends naturally with architectural and landscape settings, making it ideal for commercial facilities and public areas where aesthetic harmony is essential.

By embedding the nozzles within the pipe, the system eliminates protrusions, creating a sleek, flat profile that remains discreet.
The emitted mist is a fine Semi-Dry Fog, with a mean droplet diameter of 10–30 µm, providing a visually captivating cooling effect. High-density misting is also possible, enabling immersive and engaging ambient designs.

In conventional misting systems, the nozzles typically protrude from the piping, making the equipment visually intrusive in design-sensitive spaces.
In contrast, the Insert HEADER, with its concealed nozzles, allows installation without disrupting the overall aesthetic.

Flexible Layout Options

Standard header lengths are approximately 500 mm and 1,000 mm. Length, nozzle quantity, spray direction, and surface finish (e.g., matte paint or buffed) can all be tailored to project requirements.
A range of elbows and joints is available, enabling flexible layout configurations to suit specific installation conditions and design intent.
