CLJ-Dome

An energy-saving cooling system that disperses Semi-Dry Fog, a fine fog, using fans and cools a wide area with the heat of vaporization of the fog.

This system is ideal for places where conventional cooling methods for preventing heatstroke have been difficult to apply, such as large spaces and facilities with entrances and exits constantly open. It can also be utilized for applications such as dust suppression at source points and dust control.

We design an optimized system configuration tailored to each worksite by integrating industrial mist fans CLJ with high-pressure misting pumps , sensors, timers, and other control devices.

Product Outline

• COOLJetter Dome incorporates hydraulic spray nozzles to provide effective cooling and humidification for large spaces.
• It disperses Semi-Dry Fog over a wide area using a fan to create a cool zone. *1
• It reduces temperatures by 2–4℃ with evaporative cooling of fog.
• Because it cools entire zones rather than narrowly defined areas, this system is suitable for preventing heatstroke among constantly-moving workers, athletes and other such users.
• It can be also used for dust suppression, static charge prevention, and humidification.

*1) We define Semi-Dry Fog as a fog with a mean droplet diameter (mean fog droplet size) of 10–30 μm.
Because this fine fog does not include large droplets which can result in wetting, it provides superb performance quality for human users.
