Exclusive Interview with Inspeqt: A Partnership for Industrial Innovation in Colombia
At Ikeuchi, our strongest partnerships are built on shared values, deep technical knowledge, and a commitment to sustainable impact. One that stands out is Inspeqt, our distributor in Colombia, whose engineering-driven approach is helping local industries improve efficiency and reliability.
Founded in 2008, Inspeqt began with a focus on validations in controlled environments. Under the leadership of Juan Pablo Giraldo Martínez, the company has evolved into a full engineering solutions provider for Colombia’s industrial sector.
Juan Pablo, a mechatronics engineer with over 20 years in B2B sales, recognized that many customers needed integrated, high-efficiency systems rather than stand-alone components. That vision led Inspeqt to partner with technology leaders who share the same focus on quality and performance.
When evaluating global spray and air technologies, Inspeqt looked for a partner that offered both precision and collaboration. Ikeuchi’s Japanese engineering standards, reliable product quality, and consultative approach aligned perfectly.
“Ikeuchi’s Japanese origin immediately instills reliability,” says Juan Pablo. “Their commitment to quality and precision is evident in every aspect.”
With training and technical support from Karla Hernández, who oversees the Latin American market, Inspeqt has quickly gained traction introducing Ikeuchi solutions.
“Compressed air leaks are a silent cost in many industries,” Juan Pablo explains. “The versatility of TAIFUJet means nearly every sector can benefit.”
Colombia’s industrial landscape is evolving under stronger environmental and energy regulations. Ikeuchi’s products naturally support these goals by reducing energy consumption, controlling noise, and enhancing operational stability — all while helping companies comply with emerging standards.
Inspeqt plans to continue expanding its technical sales structure and deepen its reach in sectors like food, beverage, pharmaceuticals, and electronics. The team also aims to explore co-development opportunities with Ikeuchi, tailoring solutions for local conditions such as water quality and ambient challenges.
“With Ikeuchi, we have a completely open market to explore,” says Juan Pablo. “This is about mutual success, not just distribution.”
