Pneumatic Spray Nozzles

Pneumatic spray nozzles mix gases into liquids and atomize them into a spray using a high-pressure pump and an air compressor. They can be used for a wide variety of applications, as they can generate finer fogs than hydraulic spray nozzles and can also spray highly viscous liquids. They are categorized into three types based on how the liquid and the gas are mixed: internal mixing, external mixing, and impinging type. Changing the mixing ratio of liquid and gas (air-water ratio) makes it possible to produce an extremely wide variety of fogs even with a single nozzle. << Explore the digital catalog here.
