Pulse Spray Nozzles
This solenoid-controlled spray nozzle achieves intermittent pulse spraying with a minimum duration of 0.05 seconds, delivering a small amount of 0.17 cc per shot. It is particularly suitable for applying a small amount of oil or chemicals, as well as for marking purposes, due to minimal splatter during spraying. The nozzle complies with the IP67 standard for dust and waterproof protection.
Additionally, it uses materials that comply with the Food Sanitation Act in Japan in the solenoid's liquid-contact parts.
Furthermore, the SD-V series, featuring a ceramic orifice, provides excellent resistance to chemicals and wear, and the SETO-SD series, a pneumatic type that utilizes compressed air, offers a lower spray capacity; both are available.
*Protection structure: IP67

• Controls the spray ON/OFF with electrical signal ON/OFF. Intermittent spray with min. 0.05 sec/ shot and as little as 0.17 cc/shot is possible.
• Ideal for applying a small amount of coating or marking with minimal splatter, saving liquid used.
• Changing the spray ON/OFF time setting can adjust the spray flow rate while maintaining the spray pattern and droplet size.
