Large Capacity Fine Fog Spray Nozzles (Large Spray Capacity) GSIMⅡ

Complete Evaporation
A flue gas cooling system that cools high-temperature gases generated in processes at waste incinerators, melting furnaces, and steelmaking plants.
The system can cool high-temperature gases from several hundred degrees down to approximately 200 degrees Celsius, which is the heat-resistant temperature of downward precipitators (bag filters) before the gas reaches them. Meticulous design is conducted to ensure that the fog completely evaporates during the cooling process without wetting the interior walls of a cooling tower.
We not only select spray nozzles for flue gas cooling, but also provide them with a complete control system and even an entire cooling tower.
Features
• Gas cooling system producing semi-fine fog. *1
• Can be integrated as an improvement to existing gas cooling tower facilities or incorporated when designing and building new gas cooling towers.
• Optimization of gas flow.
• Does not create problems related to unvaporized-water drainage, dust adhesion, etc.
*1) Semi-fine fog is fog with a mean droplet diameter (droplet size) of 100–300 μm.
