Suppressing Airborne Dust | Preventing Dust from Erupting
Dust control systems for suppressing dust from dispersing and preventing it from erupting.
To design and provide a system suited to the specific environment of each worksite, we have prepared two types of dust control systems: a "soft fog design" to settle airborne dust and suppress its dispersion, and a "high-velocity fog design" to prevent dust from erupting at its source.
The photos depict the situation before (left) and after (right) the system installation. The dust concentration has decreased from 1.63 mg/m³ to 0.15 mg/m³, and visibility has also improved.
