Pneumatic Spray Nozzles

Pneumatic spray nozzles mix gases into liquids and atomize them into a spray using a high-pressure pump and an air compressor. They can be used for a wide variety of applications, as they can generate finer fogs than hydraulic spray nozzles and can also spray highly viscous liquids. They are categorized into three types based on how the liquid and the gas are mixed: internal mixing, external mixing, and impinging type. Changing the mixing ratio of liquid and gas (air-water ratio) makes it possible to produce an extremely wide variety of fogs even with a single nozzle. << Explore the digital catalog here. The term "material" refers to the material that constitutes the highest proportion of a product composed of multiple parts. Please note that this does not refer to the materials of components such as nozzle tips (nozzle orifices) or strainers.

Type of supply air

This applies only to air nozzles and pneumatic spray nozzles. "Supply air type" refers to the appropriate type of supply air (air to be used) designated for each product series. Please be aware that using a type other than what is specified may result in suboptimal performance.
