Product Outline

The COOLKIT Series is an easy-to-install cooling unit that uses the evaporative effect of fine mist to lower the ambient air temperature around A/C outdoor units.

In many installations, multiple units are densely packed, and their exhaust heat raises the surrounding air temperature—an issue that has become even more pronounced during recent summer heat waves.

Elevated ambient temperatures reduce heat exchange efficiency and increase power consumption. By cooling intake air with fine fog, COOLKIT improves heat exchange performance and helps reduce energy use.
Field installations have demonstrated reductions in power consumption of around 10% with continuous spraying.

By mist-cooling outdoor units for data centers, building-use multi-split A/Cs, refrigeration equipment, and chillers, COOLKIT helps shave peak loads while mitigating issues such as short-circuits (recirculated exhaust), thermal trips, and high-pressure shutdowns.

Note:
・Scale adhesion: Depending on water quality, minerals may adhere to outdoor unit fins as scale. Regular cleaning of the fins with a high-pressure washer is recommended.
・Rust prevention: When using tap water, applying an anti-rust spray to the fins is recommended to help prevent corrosion.
