A relatively affordable mist cooling kit for heat control that the customer could install themselves.
At a golf driving range, attracting visitors during the summer had become an ongoing challenge in recent years.
The practice bays were covered by a roof, but they were still open-air. As daytime temperatures rose, the number of visitors declined significantly, leaving many bays unoccupied.
The owner kept thinking, “We have to find a way to address the heat.”
One day, he noticed a mist cooling system installed in the city.
Under the bright sun, the shimmering mist caught his eye, and he stopped, drawn in by the coolness it seemed to create.

Shortly thereafter, we received an inquiry from the owner:
“Do you offer a mist cooling kit that is reasonably priced and that we can install ourselves?”
IKEUCHI proposed COOLKIT-D, a DIY mist cooling kit that combines dedicated fine-mist spray nozzles with a high-pressure pump.

The kit includes a high-pressure pump, eight nozzles, high-pressure tubing, a water-supply hose set, and adaptors—everything needed to build an effective cooling system with a minimal configuration.
After promptly completing the installation along the roof above the first-floor bays, the owner posted an announcement on the facility’s website saying, “Mist cooling now installed.” The news also spread by word of mouth.
As a result, visitors gradually began to return, and attendance steadily increased.

This summer, IKEUCHI’s mist cooling products continue to deliver cool comfort to visitors at the golf driving range.
